Small Group Personal Training

Our signature offering, this option provides the guidance, motivation from a personal trainer in a small group environment of 2 to 6 people. These personalized sessions are 45 minutes.

One on One Personal Training

One on one personal training with a coach. This program provides client specific program design much like the small group personal training. These appointments are 45 min.

Open Group Training

Coached workouts incorporating 3 important elements of training. Core work to build your foundation, strength training to build muscle and high intensity intervals (hiit) to help you get and stay lean. 45 minutes.

Triathlon Coaching
