Fit Extreme Conditioning

Why Extreme? The dictionary defines “extreme” in ways that include: Reaching high or to the highest degree; not usual; exceptional, far from moderate. Fit Extreme Conditioning was created to offer a workout experience that was “not usual” and reaching to the highest degree of ones ability. As with all Fit training programs, this program will help you become stronger, faster, and better in sport and your daily life.

Workouts are designed to include advanced progressions and are intended to maximize your time spent while exercising. Participants in this program are expected to demonstrate significant levels of core strength and should have had recent experience in a regular exercise program or athletic competition.
