Triathlon Strength Training and Group Ride

Weekly triathlon strength training and group ride


On Sundays at 10am, Fit Personal Training Studio is offering a 45 minute strength training workout followed by a 45 minute group trainer ride. Strength training session will include emphasis on core strength, stability, and power for optimal triathlon performance. Training modalities will include free weights, TRX suspension training, cable work, plyometrics and triathlon specific functional training. The bike trainer ride will follow the strength workout after bike set-up. Group ride will include short intense intervals, with focus on form, speed work, power and hills.

Swimming, biking and running are not enough for maintaining strength levels. These workouts will concentrate on sport specific movement. Both the ride and strength workouts are appropriate for any distance athlete from sprint to ironman. All levels of ability are welcome and will be appropriately challenged.
