Whether you are looking to jumpstart your fitness routine or challenge yourself to see greater results; the 30 Day Transformation Challenge is for you. You will work in a small group atmosphere with trainer, Kevin Smyth, who will expertly help you to achieve your fitness goals. The training sessions use workout exercises which can be modified for beginners who are looking to lose weight and get overall body tone or ramped up to challenge even the most experienced fitness guru.
Training technique and instruction will be given using some of the most progressive methods available. Proper nutrition is key to any fitness regimen, so you’ll also gain valuable nutrition information so you can get the best results possible.
Prizes will be awarded for the highest percentage of weight lost.
