Angela Altier has a passion for fitness and loves watching how the body can adapt and change to various training demands. She truly believes that exercise and movement can provide both physical and mental benefits, and works to challenge her clients to try new things and gain confidence in their fitness abilities. With a B.A. in Exercise Science and Health Promotion, Angela has both the knowledge and dedication to develop workouts, challenge clients, and ultimately help them reach their fitness goals.
Her commitment to fitness and a healthy lifestyle carry over into her personal life, always pushing herself to set and accomplish new fitness goals. Angela is game on for anything that gets the body moving, but has a true passion for running, with six full marathons and eight half marathons under her belt, and more races on the horizon.
